When do you stream?

Currently, I don’t have a set schedule, I stream when I can/want to. But, expect them to be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6PM CST.

What do you stream?

Mostly art, but sometimes you can find me yapping on Just Chatting, or playing games like League of Legends or AOT Revolution on ROBLOX.

Can I request art on stream?

If I’m taking live requests I will mention it, otherwise you can save 100k channel points to redeem a doodle, participate in the hunger games, or commissions to get custom art from me!

What tools do you use for art?

I use Clip Studio Paint EX

Do you talk a lot on stream?

I try my best! I’m naturally really shy and introverted, I’ll have the most energy at the beginning of the stream and may revert to staying quiet and vibing with the music as the stream goes on. Feel free to hang out and chill!

How long have you been doing art for?

Since about 2011! I would have been roughly 13-14 years old. But I didn’t start actually taking it seriously until the end of 2021, before then I was only drawing as an on and off hobby.

Do you stream anywhere else?

Right now, I mainly stream on Twitch, but I stream NSFW art on Fansly on Sundays occasionally.

How long do you take on your commissions?

It depends on complexity and my schedule. I’m not the fastest artist, but I aim for 2-6 months.

Do you do rush orders?

I do, they will incur an extra fee of 50% of the total cost.

What kind of art do you NOT draw?

I do not do mecha, heavy armor, heavy gore, horror, children, furry, animals, or complex backgrounds

Do you do sales?

Not quite, but I offer discounts for my patrons on Patreon! (Up to 15% OFF)

Can I make fan art of your Vtuber or OCs?

Yes oh my gosh yes!! I’d be so honored!!! Please feel free to tag me wherever you post it or even posting it to my Discord Server! Use #ttruart !

Can I sell merchandise of fan art of your Vtuber?

Yes you can! Please tell me about it, I’d love to support you!

Can I use your art as a profile picture/banner?

Yes you can, as long as you credit me in your bio please! No edits, though.

Can I make NSFW or gore fan art of your Vtuber?

You can make NSFW art but no gore!!!

NSFW art rules:

Solo, self-cest is allowed.

Otherwise the only pairing is Trident, Eren Yeager, Kyojuro Rengoku, my OCs, or any anime character I’ve publicly made known that I like. If you aren’t sure, please ask me!

No futanari, body inflation, or most extreme fetishes, again if you aren’t sure, please ask me.

ILLUSTRATIONS

GENERAL
• I will not do fursona, hardcore gore, mech, heavy armor, or extreme/explicit R18 artwork. I will do 'Humanoid' characters, and characters with animal ears/tails/other features. I'm okay with mildly suggestive or erotic themes.• By ordering, the client agrees that they are of legal age, and will not issue a chargeback under no circumstances whatsoever for the commission.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• NO REFUNDS. In the event that I have to cancel a project, the client will be refunded accordingly for any unfinished work.

• Payment will be sent via Invoices through Business Paypal only (USD) or through VGen
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a project at any given time.

• Half payment is due ASAP from when the order is accepted, the remaining amount is due after finished sketch is approved. If payment timeframe is not met, the order is subject to be put back on hold or dropped after a significant amount of time. I will not start or continue working on the project until the payments are received. I am very understanding about payment schedules, and very willing to talk about it and reach a compromise! But I will ALWAYS require the project to be fully paid off before I finish.

• I offer discounts for Patreon members (up to 15% OFF)!REVISIONS
• 1 Major revision is allowed ONLY DURING SKETCHING PROCESS, any major revisions after that are subject to additional charges ($50+ case by case scenario). Minor revisions may incur fees, it is up to my discretion whether I enforce them or not. This does not apply to my "Let me Cook" services.• The client is responsible for communicating clear and accurate descriptions, as well as providing image references. An additional fee of upwards $100+ will apply if there is no existing design prior to order (meaning I will have to create the design for you). Complex details and designs may be simplified as I see fit.• All Prices are always subject to an additional fee (mostly regarding complex designs and fine details)

• In the event the client is requesting the separation of layers for animation, there will be an additional charge of $100-$150 depending on the complexity of the layering.USE

• Prices are set for non-commercial and personal use only, if you would like to use the art for commercial purposes (ie. merchandise, stream assets: overlays, scenes, panels, emotes, etc.) they are subject to an additional 50% fee (excluding Live2D models). Clients may post their commissioned art pieces on their social medias and use the art as profile pictures as they please without additional fees.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• I will be uploading all finished work to my social media/portfolio, as well as my personal paysites such as Patreon and Fansly (18+ work only). See below for more information regarding secret commissions.• Timeframe estimated will be discussed with client according to an existing schedule and concurrent workload (typical turnaround time can be expected to be between 2-6 months); rush orders are subject to an additional 50% fee (if deadline is required under 2 months). It is the client's responsibility to inform me of any debuts or special events ahead of time, timing could be worked around depending on my schedule!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS• The client must properly credit the artist where the artwork is used. The client is not allowed to edit or crop out artist signature on version provided with it.• The client must NEVER use my artwork for AI generative programs.• If the client requires the order to be kept secret (NDA), there will be an additional $100 fee added to the total. Should that be the case, I will not stream, talk about, disclose that I am doing work for said client, or post WIPs anywhere until client has publicly announced the work themselves!

COMMUNICATION

• Direct messages via Twitter or here on VGen is the best place to reach me (@ttrumiie)! Response time can be immediate or a few hours. If the client has access to my Discord, they are more than welcome to reach out there!

PAYMENTS

• Payment plans are available! Although, clients that pay in full tend to have their orders finished on time or even early*.

Payment plans are split in two;
    _{• First payment (half of total) will be required in order to start the order, This will cover the designing, sketching, and base phase
    • Second payment (the remaining amount) will be required in order to finish the order. This will cover the rendering, polishing, and the finalizing phase.}

*I will not start or continue working until the required payments are received. Therefore, if the second payment from the client is stalled, then naturally the due date will have to reflect accordingly.

REVISIONS

• Client gets 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions while the model is in progress, any additional is revision is subject to an extra fee ($10-$50, case by case scenario).

• The price per revision/cutting after the model is finished can range from $10-$200 depending on the complexity and quantity of the request. This only applies to edits that are NOT required for the functionality of the rig.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Estimated time of completion can be up to 90 days from the date the order is accepted.

• If the client requests the model is finished within 45 days of start date, then the client is responsible for a rush fee (50-100% of total cost). Please note, there is a minimum of 7 days for the model to be finished, I am only human!

USE

• Prices are set for commercial usage.

• Models are made with intention that the client uses them on their social media/streaming services.

• In the case that the client will no longer be using the model, please do not resell the model without letting me know!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The client must properly credit the artist where the artwork is used. The client or another artist is not allowed to edit or make changes to the artwork provided (excludes using the multiply/screen sliders on VtubeStudio, feel free to have fun changing colors and making parts transparent xD).

• Please credit the artist on social media (ie. Twitter/X bio, in the About me section on client's Twitch channel, etc.)

• I will be posting all finished works to my social media/portfolio!

• I only provide the model art, therefore the rights and design of the model belong to the client. I will not sell or reproduce the work I do for the client.
